Vikram Gulati
Vikram Gulati has over 30 years of experience managing various information technology and services businesses. He has been CEO of multiple IT services organizations. The smallest being a startup operation to teams as large as three thousand spread out globally. He has mentored numerous startups and actively consults technology services and private equity firms in strategy and value creation.
Over the years of experience, he has built a special interest in the areas of strategy, leadership technology, and building a culture of high-performance teams. His research interest is in the field of exploring the role of the development of consciousness in leadership development especially as it relates to high-velocity technology-based businesses.
Vikram is a 2021 MSR-Fetzer scholar Fetzer Scholars and has actively participated as a speaker in the AOM – MSR interest group’s professional development workshops. He teaches strategy and research courses. He has a bachelor’s degree in engineering and a master’s degree in business management.
