Come to learn, grow, and experience personal and academic transformation, and be a part of a diverse, inclusive community of students from all over the world.

With our unique Consciousness-Based approach to education, commitment to sustainability, and emphasis on student wellbeing, our campus will provide you with a living and learning environment that nurtures mind, body, and spirit.

“Be around the light bringers, the magic makers, the world shifters, the game shakers. They challenge you, break you open, uplift and expand you. They don’t let you play small with your life. These heartbeats are your people.” – Danielle Doby

Argiro Student Center

The 50,000 sq ft, LEED-certified Argiro Student Center is the hub of life on campus. Home to our organic, vegetarian dining hall, 300-seat auditorium, book store, yoga & dance studio, Vishwa Shanti Cafe, and Student Lounge, most students find a reason to pass through this space every day.

Single occupancy dorm rooms

All on-campus students enjoy their own personal space to rest and unwind, focus and study, or play and create in our single occupancy dorm rooms.

All the residence halls are within 10 minutes’ walking distance to the Argiro Student Center and most classroom buildings. They feature shared social spaces, kitchens, and meditation halls.

Fitness & recreation

In the 60,000 square-foot Grace Ananda Recreation Center, MIU students have access to tennis, pickleball, and volleyball courts, full-length basketball courts, a running track, weight-lifting equipment, small rock climbing wall, and more.

Around campus, you’ll find an outdoor swimming pool, soccer field, outdoor tennis courts, and many walking paths. The Argiro Student Center is also home to a yoga and dance studio where classes are offered for free to students.

Fairfield offers the best of small-town life – it’s peaceful, easy to get around, and filled with friendly faces – while also being far from your average rural town. You’ll find cute coffee shops, a kava bar, and an eclectic mix of restaurants offering cuisine from all over the world.

For those interested in outdoor recreation, Fairfield is home to:

  • 1,300 acres of recreational land
  • Bonneville Reservoir
  • Jefferson County Park
