Maharishi International University believes that all educational and employment decisions should be based on an individual’s performance and qualification and not on irrelevant factors such as personal characteristics or happenstance of birth unrelated to academic or job performance. The University considers irrelevant, factors regarding sex, age, race, religion, color, national or ethnic origin, disability, veteran‘s status, sexual orientation, or gender identity.
In addition, the University is committed to compliance with all applicable laws regarding nondiscrimination including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1963, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, and the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
