7-Lesson “Maharishi on Soma” Course and WPA Live in Dalby Hall with Dr. Bevan Morris

Course Dates: Friday evening, September 1 – Monday evening, September 4, 2023. Evenings: 8:00 – 9:15 pm, Afternoons: 1:30 – 3:30 pm.
Location: Dalby Hall on the campus of Maharishi International University, Fairfield, Iowa
We are happy to once again join with everyone as a group in Dalby Hall. This will be a refreshing change from the past few years. Please note that this course will not be available online.
Course Leader: This course will be led by the Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace, Dr. Bevan Morris (in Person).
Prerequisite: TM-Sidhis course. Governors and Sidhas are invited to attend. (Meditators are welcome to take the Meditator Retreat.)

Course Description
The theme of this special WPA is Maharishi on Soma and the Rise to Unity Consciousness. It includes the following topics of videos by Maharishi:
- The flow of Soma connecting individuality with the cosmic value of Brahman
- The role of Soma in enlivening the finest level of feeling where the total potential of Natural Law is most lively
- The role of Soma in refining perception for development of Higher States of Consciousness
This course will also include
- Discussion of Maharishi’s own experience of enlightenment gained from his Master Guru Dev Brahmananda Saraswati—as Maharishi describes it in the commentary on the 4th chapter of Bhagavad-Gita, and in 30 years around the World
- In-depth questions and answers on experiences during your TM practice and in daily life.
Delicious vegetarian meals will be available to purchase at Annapurna Dining Hall.

Course Leader
Bevan Morris, PhD, is currently International President for Maharishi International Universities and President Emeritus of Maharishi International University. He worked with Maharishi for more than 39 years since becoming a teacher of the Transcendental Meditation® technique in India in 1969.
He is also Prime Minister of the Global Country of World Peace and Chair of the Board of Directors, Brahmananda Saraswati Foundation (USA).
Dr. Morris received an MA and BA in Psychology and Philosophy from Cambridge University (England) and MSCI, DSCI from Maharishi European Research University.
