Course Description
At the 2,000 for World Peace Assembly last December-January, there was overwhelming interest in holding another assembly this summer.
The experiences of higher states of consciousness inside and outside of the Golden Domes, the profound knowledge, the camaraderie, the joy — everyone wanted to do it all over again.
Through daily group practice of Transcendental Meditation and the TM-Sidhi program during these weeks, we will:
- Enhance our personal growth towards higher states of consciousness.
- Create greater coherence and unity in world consciousness, which scientific research has demonstrated produces more positive global trends and greater cooperation among world leaders to solve the many urgent problems we face today.
Highlights
- MIU President John Hagelin will again lead the course, bringing his wisdom and wit and his insights into Maharishi’s knowledge and people’s experiences.
- Dr. Tony Nader will join us starting July 29 and will describe his new book, Consciousness Is All There Is, plus opportunities for questions and answers.
- The course will begin on July 20 at 8 pm and the Guru Purnima celebration will be July 21.
- We’ll celebrate the 50th anniversary of MIU’s move from Santa Barbara to Fairfield – prepare to share your stories if you were part of that.
- Everyone participating in the WPA will be able to learn an Advanced Technique at one half the cost they would normally pay. To learn an Advanced Technique at the WPA, email Wally DeVasier at the Fairfield TM Center, wdevasier@tm.org.
